“We can’t fix this crisis on our own, it needs a lot more money from state and federal governments, but we are facing a housing emergency that is having an impact on the economy, on our businesses and affecting the liveability of our communities,” Mayor Clare Stewart said. Read more.

The wheelchair friendly boardwalk reconnects Beach Access 57 to Beach Access 58, and it has improved access for surf lifesaving crews and provides beachgoers with a new beach shower facility.
The project, worth $230,000, was funded under the Queensland Government’s Unite and Recover Fund.

We're checking the pipes
|
Contractor Pipe Management Australia (PMA) is currently inspecting Noosa’s stormwater pipe network for blockages and damage using remote-controlled CCTV Robotic Inspection Cameras.
The data collected helps determine cleaning and maintenance/renewal priorities. It also helps plan and design future road and pathway upgrades.
We appreciate residents’ patience on the roads while contractors are working around manholes and culverts. Read more.
